At The Metropole Nursery and Kiddiwinx we aim to provide a happy, caring and secure environment. We seek a thorough broad and balanced curriculum to encourage and assist each child to develop emotionally, physically and intellectually to his/her fullest potential. Through individual assessment, observation and in partnership with parents the needs of each child are recognized and developed with the help of the new EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).

Activities policy

A deposit 1 month fees is payable in advance in order to book a place for your child.

Fees are invoiced 1 month in advance and must be paid within 2 weeks of receipt of invoice. Late payment may result in the loss of your child's place at nursery and loss of your deposit.

Please notify the nursery if your child is to be absent from Nursery for whatever reason. No reduction is given for part weeks. If your child is absent for a full week 75% fees will be due.

Nursery funding is available to all children the term after they are 3 years old. This consists of 12.5 hrs per week funding. This is available term time only.

We have limited places within both nurseries for term time only children. All other children attending the nursery who are on funding but still comes in during half term / summer holidays will be charged full fees.

Pricing structure

• Under 2 years - £38 per 8 hour day (inc lunch) & £4.40 per hour otherwise.
• 2 years - £36 per 8 hour day (inc lunch) & £4.40 per hour otherwise.
  £16.50 for 9 - 1 / 1 - 5 session. £25 for a 9 - 3 session (including lunch)(extra hours charged at £4.25 per hour)
• 3+ years - £3.60 per hour (after 12.5 nursery voucher entitlement)
• We offer 10 sessions per week:
• 9 - 12 / 12 - 3 (1 voucher + £1.75)
• 9 - 1 / 1 - 5 (1 voucher + £5.25)
• 9 - 3 (2 vouchers + £3.50)
• Extra hours charged at £3.50
• Booked holiday charged at 50% of weekly fees
• Part weeks (unbooked) charged full fees
• Cooked lunches £1.50 per day. Food & Diet policy

Invoicing

We are invoicing parents at the start of each week and payment is expected by the end of that week or the last day the child is in Nursery.

Any extra hours will be added to the following weeks invoice.

Both our Nurseries offer 15 hours of funding per week worth £56.40 per week. (term time only)

Late collection

Unless special arrangements have been made, parents will be charged £1.00 per every five minutes for late collection. Please note, as The Metropole Nursery closes at 6pm and Kiddiwinx closes at 5.30pm - after this time a late fee of £5.00 per staff member per 15 minutes will be payable.
