Our Pricing Policy

Before your child's start date, you will be required to pay two weeks Nursery Fees in advance as a 'retainer'. The £25.00 deposit previously paid can be used as part of this fee. You will then be asked to pay Nursery Fees weekly in advance. Where a bill remains unpaid for one week, the Nursery place will be withdrawn immediately. The Nursery place can only be re-instated if the additional week's 'retainer' fee is repaid with immediate effect. The 'retainer' will be refunded whereby a minimum of one month's notice has been given to The Nursery in writing of the leaving date of your child.

Please notify the Nursery as early as possible if your child is to be absent for whatever reason. No reduction in fees is given for part weeks absent. If your child is absent for a full week, and then 75% of the fees will be due. Please note that credit cannot be offered if a child is absent whilst accessing the 3 & 4 year olds Funding.

The Funding is available to all children to access the term after their 3rd Birthday. Each child is entitled to 15 hours per week, (term time only) with a current value of £57.00. Please note that the Nurseries are open throughout the year, thus children attending the Nursery outside of the school term will be charged at the normal Nursery rates listed below, or at 50% of the amount if the time has been booked as holiday.

Under 2 years

£38.00 per 8-hour day (includes lunches and snacks) Other hours charged at £4.60 (minimum 4 hour session)

2 years

£36.00 per 8-hour day (includes lunches and snacks) Extra hours are charged at £4.40 per hour

3 & 4 years

£3.60 per hour after the 15 hours of free entitlement. Lunches £1.50 per day

Booked Holidays are charged at 50% of the weekly fees (a maximum of 6 weeks per year)
